You must be booked in to swim at the lido.
The centre strongly recommends booking in advance via Haringey’s Park Road Leisure Centre website (select Book activity) or Active Wellbeing apps — available for both Apple and Android phones.
Walk-ins: even if all online slots have sold out, it may be possible to turn up at the centre and be booked in at reception for the current session — staff will check whether there’s space in the pool.
Everyone must leave the lido area during session breaks — plan your swim carefully to avoid these closures.
With the school summer holidays over, session breaks should no longer be necessary to help manage crowds. However, half-hour session breaks remain in place on weekdays at 15:00–15:30 and 17:00–17:30 and at weekends at 14:00.
We’ve done our best to summarise the slots available on the system: the blue boxes below show available lido swimming slots and their maximum bookable capacity. Times are session start times.
For lane swimming, look for “Lido Lane Swim”, “Lido Lane Swim Zone”, and “Lido Lane Swim Zone 90min” sessions — during the lane zone swims, at least two lanes will be available alongside family swimming.
For family swimming, look for 90-minute “Lido Family Swim Zone” slots. Indoor family swims are now for families only, with no lane swimming, but lido Family Swim slots are not affected, and lane swimming and family swimming run alongside one another as they have all summer.
