From Wednesday 23 July 2025 (updated 22 July at 11:00)
You must be booked in to swim at the lido.
The centre strongly recommends booking in advance via Haringey’s Park Road Leisure Centre website (select Book activity) or Active Wellbeing apps — available for both Apple and Android phones.
Walk-ins: even if all online slots have sold out, it may be possible to turn up at the centre and be booked in at reception for the current session — staff will check whether there’s space in the pool.
Frequent, peak season half-hour session breaks are in operation to help manage the crowds. Plan your swim carefully to avoid these closures: 10:00–10:30, 12:00–12:30, 14:00–14:30, and 16:00–16:30 on weekdays, and 11:00–11:30, 13:00–13:30, and 15:00–15:30 at weekends).
Everyone must leave the lido area during the half-hour session breaks.
The summer holiday timetable runs from Wednesday 23 July.
The blue boxes below show available lido swimming slots and their maximum bookable capacity. Times are session start times.
Weekend opening hours have been extended until 16:30 and on weekdays until 19:30, and booking capacities have been increased.
For lane swimming, look for “Lido Lane Swim” and “Lido Lane Swim Zone 90min” sessions — during the latter at least two lanes will be available alongside family swimming.
Family swimming is available at weekends during two 90-minute “Lido Family Swim Zone” sessions starting at 11:30 and 13:30; three family swims are available every weekday at 10:30, 12:30, and 14:30.
